Purpose and products
These terms govern the purchase and sale of coffee (whole bean, ground or other formats) and related accessories. As this is a food product, the sale is subject to specific hygiene and preservation regulations.
Order process
To place an order, follow the online purchase procedure and confirm it with “Place order”. You will receive order confirmation by email.
Prices and taxes
Prices include applicable VAT (generally 10% for coffee and 21% for accessories). Shipping costs are calculated and added to the total during checkout based on the selected destination.
Shipping and delivery
Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days.
As these are food products, the right of withdrawal will not apply to coffee products that have been unsealed after delivery. Only coffee that retains its intact seal and original packaging will be accepted for return.
In the case of defective products or shipping errors, ALGRA CAFE will cover the costs of collection and resending the correct product.
Payment methods
We accept payment by credit/debit card and other secure payment platforms integrated into our website. Payment data is encrypted and managed by external financial institutions.
Warranty
In the case of coffee, the warranty is limited to the product being within its best-before date and in optimal packaging condition at the time of delivery.
Applicable law
The use of our website and purchase contracts are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Badalona (Barcelona, Spain).
